Hydration: I make sure to drink enough water throughout the day by aiming for three of my 40oz water bottles daily. Staying hydrated keeps both my body and mind sharp.

Protein Intake: I focus on consuming 80-100 grams of protein daily, without getting caught up in counting calories or other nutrients. Protein fuels my body and keeps me energized throughout the day.

Movement: (But not the go to the gym for 3 hours a day movement.) I prioritize moving my body every day, whether it's going for a walk, stretching, or doing a quick you-tube workout routine at home. Movement is essential for both my physical and mental well-being.
Bonus Tip: Reading before bed has become a ritual for me. It not only helps my nervous system wind down but also ensures a better night's sleep compared to mindlessly scrolling through my phone.
